Rides

Full Cycle Supper

A casual bike ride with excellent food and friends on a warm summer evening.

The Full Cycle Supper is a progressive four-course, farm fresh meal where bicyclists tour Big Muddy Urban Farm plots enjoying a unique course at each plot.

A 4-mile ride and dinner where talented local chefs prepare the courses, featuring ingredients grown where their course is served. The ride will starts with the first course at Big Muddy’s 33rd and California St. plot.

Funds raised from the Full Cycle Supper go to support the neighborhood-based, community-building work of The Community Bike Project Omaha and Big Muddy Urban Farm.

Haunted Ride

The Community Bike Project Omaha worked in conjunction with the Rural investigators of the Paranormal (R.I.P.) for a HAUNTED RIDE! Checking out some of the city’s spookiest places (Hummel Park, and more.) A contest for best decorated bike, and best costume!

Lids For Kids

The Community Bike Project hosted an event to support the Youth Earn-a-Bike program. Funds raised went towards the purchase of the new locks, helmets, and water bottles each student receives upon graduation, as well as the tools and replacement parts students need to refurbish their bikes.
